I provide a safe space to transform stress, anxiety, and trauma - in a dynamic, communicative, holistic process, that honours your individual way of being in the world, with all its layers, experiences, narratives and possibilities.
We’ll integrate what has been, explore what you are longing for, and tune into your body’s wisdom, intuition, needs and energy to get you there.
How does it work?
In our sessions, I interweave personalised elements of somatic bodywork, mindfulness training and systemic coaching for you to get back onto your feet. We pay attention to your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and how your body keeps it all together. You learn to regulate your nervous system, release fight, flight or freeze responses, to follow your own pace, and integrate your needs. You regain a new flow of energy which helps to reconnect to your natural strength. There is space to process traumatic experiences, learn how to rest and recover, and explore new ways of responding to life’s challenges. When body, mind and soul begin to align, true transformation can unfold.
