With my somatic approach and 17 years of experience, I am here to walk alongside you, to guide you and help you following your natural rhythm, pace and strengths. During our work together, we interweave personalised elements of somatic bodywork, mindfulness training and coaching for you to get back onto your feet. We pay attention to your thoughts, feelings, emotions and body. We follow your own pace and listen to your needs while you regain a new flow of energy and reconnect to your natural strength. There is space to process traumatic experiences, learn how to rest and recover, and explore new ways of responding to life’s challenges.
